BOOKING & DEPOSIT
Before a booking can be accepted a member of the party must complete and sign the booking form as indicated. The signatory, who must be 25 years or older, shall then be deemed as the agent for all persons shown on the form.

In order to confirm your booking a deposit of GB£200 per booking will be required
PAYMENT OF BALANCE
Full payment including Security Deposit must be received 8 weeks or more prior to departure date.  Failure to make payment within the specified period will entitle us to cancel the booking and claim the appropriate cancellation charges
SECURITY DEPOSIT
Upon payment of the final invoice a security deposit of GB£200 will be required against breakages, or damage caused during the rental period.  In the event of any charges being made you will be advised in writing, otherwise the deposit will be refunded within 21 days of return.
IF YOU CANCEL YOUR BOOKING
If you or any member of your party wishes to cancel the whole or part of the booking once it has been confirmed, we must be informed in writing.  The following cancellation charges will apply:

Prior to 8 weeks      –  Loss of deposit only.

Less than 8 weeks  –  Loss of total rental charge.

IF WE CANCEL YOUR BOOKING
In the event of circumstances beyond our control requiring us to cancel a reservation i.e. including Acts of God, civil disturbances, riots, flood, drought, fire and legislation, only repayment in full of any Monies paid in respect of the reservation will be made. We will do everything in our power to find suitable alternative accommodation, however we can accept no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage sustained by the hirer in these circumstances.
TRAVEL & HEALTH INSURANCE
Guests are advised to have appropriate travel/medical insurance in force for both the period of rental and their entire holiday.  All matters arising with regard to loss or injury should be directed to the respective insurance company.
PERSONAL SAFETY
The Owners cannot accept any liability for your personal safety during your residency of the villa.  Guests are reminded to exercise care as to the personal safety of themselves and all party members.  Whenever possible valuables should be left secure and out of sight. Our insurance does not cover personal belongings, this needs to be arranged by you.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS
As owners of the property, we, our servants or agents, will not be liable for any loss or delay occasioned by any of the following: strikes, riots, political unrest, war or the threat of war, terrorist activities, industrial disputes, fire, flood, technical/weather problems to transport, aircraft, closure of airports, or any other event beyond the owner’s control.

Aircraft captains are legally entitled to deny boarding to any passengers who present themselves at the aircraft in an unacceptable state due to the influence of drink or drugs.  Any passenger so doing will be deemed as having given notice of his/her cancellation of the booking at that time and the aforementioned cancellation charges will apply.

PASSPORTS
All passengers, including children and infants, must possess a full passport valid for at least six months beyond their return date.  If in doubt contact your local passport office.  The name on your passport should be the same as the name on the booking form.
PETS
To ensure the comfort of all of our guests, pets, even beautifully behaved ones, are not permitted in the villa .  If a pet is found to be in the villa, no matter for how short a time, then you will be charged for a thorough deep clean of the entire property including carpets and comforters and for any damage that the pet may have done whilst in the property.  
PROBLEMS OR COMPLAINTS
In the unlikely event that you experience any problems with the property you must contact us immediatley and we will do our best to assist and rectify the matter as soon as is practically possible.  Should a problem remain unresolved the Owners must be notified in England immediately. 

Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of descriptions concerning the property and services. However, we cannot be held responsible for any errors, omissions and changes beyond our control.
NAME CHANGES TO PARTY MEMBERS
The names shown on the booking form should be the same as those shown in the passports of your party members at time of rental.  Any amendments to names, additional persons (maximum 8 or deletions made after the booking form has been received by us, must be notified to us in writing.
